Meditation (Sunday 6:45-7:30)
A guided meditation to mellow your Monday and start your week off right. Breathing and relaxation methods to stimulate your senses and relax your mind. Work on intention and awareness through chakras and other energy channels. Refresh your self and let it carry you through the week.
*I think ending at 8 would seem more feasible to people. However, upon finishing the meditation I will allow people to stay in savasana for another 15 min shall they choose and finish the class all together. I just have a feeling 45 min won’t be quite enough time for some and too much for both. I’m going to try and make it flexible =)
