Gloria Overcash is is continually inspired by the transformation Kundalini Yoga brings to the body, mind, and soul. She strives to compassionately uplift and serve while delivering an experience that helps one align with his/her authentic self. She enjoys sharing yogic techniques to help one navigate through life with strength, peace, and grace. She is very passionate about Kundalini Yoga and is honored to serve the community of Bozeman by sharing these incredible teachings. Her spiritual yogic name, Ravi Inder Kaur Khalsa, means “Pure Divine Princess who Shines like the Sun and has the Light of God in Her Eyes”. Gloria/Ravi Inder began practicing hatha yoga in 2000, and really dove in during her first pregnancy in 2002. In 2007, she found Kundalini Yoga and knew it would be her lifelong practice.
Gloria/Ravi Inder has trained under several of the world’s most celebrated senior Kundalini Yoga Instructors and is an IKYTA Certified Kundalini Yoga Instructor. She is also a certified as a Khalsa Way Pregnancy Yoga Instructor and a Spirit Baby Mommy & Me Yoga Instructor. She teaches classes for expectant and new moms at Birth Place in Bozeman. Additionally, Gloria/Ravi Inder has trained in the Radiant Child Yoga Program and loves to share yoga with children of all ages.
Gloria was nominated by a student and was honored with a 2011 Peacemaker Award from the Community Mediation Center for her work with mothers and families through yoga. She lives in Bozeman with her husband and her two sons, ages 3 and 8. In addition to her yoga practice, she loves to hike, camp, bicycle, garden, sew, practice hooping, and create tasty raw vegan treats for her family.
