COMMUNITY YOGA

We are:
1. Located at 600 Wallace Street, at the corner of Peach and Wallace Streets in Bozeman, MT.
2. Open from 6 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. every day in an open practice format. Mats and extra clean clothes may be stored on site at member’s own risk.
3. We are open to all yoga practitioners.
4. As we are a community, we are all members for a minimal monthly fee of $35.00 which is intended to pay for the rent, building up-keep and any additional props.
5. All members must sign an Ethics and Practices contract.
6. We offer classes to members for $5.00 per class paid directly to the instructors.
7. Non-member class price is $10.00, half of which is paid directly to instructor, half to CY.
8. All classes before 5:00 p.m. run simultaneously with an open practice format. Members are invited to enter the studio quietly and begin their personal practice when day classes are in session. Room division is obvious.
9. CY may close periodically for weekend workshops of visiting teachers.
10. Each member will have a security code to enter the site and must sign in on daily roster sheet.
11. Monthly payment due at the 1st of the month to be paid in envelope with name, address and phone number and placed into lock box at site. If joining after the 15th of the month, membership is $17.50.
12. A non-member may accompany a member to open practice one time for $5.00. Thereafter, guest must join to attend open practice.
13. A member may be designated to clean site daily in return for monthly fee.
14. Any profits at year end will be accumulated in account for future shortages.
15. For the first year all teachers and Jessica Feltner and Christine Gianas will oversee everything with the assistance and advice of all CY members
16. Teachers who use the space for open practice must be members. Teachers attending classes pay $5.00 to teacher if attending classes.
17. Teachers are responsible for their own print advertising and preparing copy for website.
